      <image:caption>Monthly Hybrid “WFH” Training Package + TPI Assessment This program is ideal for you if you have some experience working out in a gym or weightlifting setting and want a little more independence &amp; less supervision while training. You will receive a personalized fitness plan tailored to the equipment you have access to and the specific needs of your body and golf game. Plan includes: A detailed TPI assessment (valued at $148). During this 60-minute initial evaluation (in-person or Zoom), we perform a thorough mobility &amp; strength assessment, record film of your movement patterns, and gather data on your current power &amp; strength thresholds. You will receive a comprehensive report analyzing the results. Two 60-minute training sessions (in-person or Zoom), with 30-day expiry from date of first session. You will also receive a custom workout program and video links showing how to perform each exercise for your independent sessions. Your program is designed to accommodate whatever fitness equipment is available to you. Weekly check-ins via text or e-mail to provide support between sessions. Monthly renewal available for Hybrid “WFH” Package - $180 Includes two 60-minute sessions + notes (can be training session or TPI re-evaluation).
